We ensure strict compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the services we provide to the organizations that engage us, with particular attention to the Latin American General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other applicable data protection laws.
To ensure the integrity and confidentiality of information — whether internal or third-party — we enforce strict policies for data classification, retention, disposal, and handling. Each piece of data is categorized according to its sensitivity and criticality, with clear retention periods and secure disposal methods, minimizing the risk of improper access or unauthorized use. In addition, we are in the process of obtaining ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certification — standards that set the highest international benchmarks for information security and privacy management systems.
